Service Description

Join this restorative style yoga class and learn techniques to relax and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles while exercising the full body. This live, online class offers you the chance to ask questions as the teacher provides tips and modifications for your pelvic health. Class Schedule (in Pacific Standard Time) Wednesdays: 7am-7:45am Fridays: 7:35am-8:15am Saturdays/Sundays: 8am-9am BONUS - Students have the option to join the teacher after class on Saturdays to learn weight lifting techniques. (Subject to teacher's availability.)
